Research On Expert Decision Supporting Technologies For Multi-Satellite Imaging Mission Planning

The expert decision supporting system for multi-satellite imaging mission planning is for multi satellites and multi stations. The system thinks over each restriction to distribute the imaging missions to satellites and the receiving missions to the stations. As a result, the limited resources of satellites are in good use and the users can get the requested information of remote sensing picture.The paper is for application need. The paper presents a method based on expert decision making technologies, analyzing the problem of multi-satellite imaging mission planning. For the expert decision making system, the paper designs the module of knowledge base and the explaining mechanism. And the system also combines relation data base with expert system. It presents the module of imaging satellites and the module of station information to express the fact. The system designs the rules storage mode and expressing mode. And the system also thinks over the methods to deal with particular rules. The system improves on the method of prefabricating text and tracking path to carry out the explaining system. For the project needs the system designs the reasoning rule parsing system based on the stack. Based on the parsing system, the system presents reasoning model of the three level reasoning mode. The paper also introduces the model of multi rule decision into expert system. The model is used for the third reasoning of the expert system. And we can solve the conflicting missions which can not be solved only by common rules, based by the evaluation which is obtained by the model.In expert decision supporting system for multi-satellite imaging mission planning, the research of the paper is in use.
