Research And Realization Of Electronic Signature & Seal System Base On PKI And Virtual Printer

Along with the application of e-commerce and e-government, how to effectly protected the secrecy of electronic document's transmission, the integrity of electronic document's exchange, the non-repudiation of a person who deliver electronic document, the confirmation of person's identity, became the bottle-neck of the development of e-commerce and e-government. Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology is considered to be the most feasible method to solve the problems of information security . After PRC Electron Signature Law put in force, it ensures the force adeffect of electronic document which do electronic signature. That makes electronic signature getting broad application.The paper analyses the relationship between electrionic signature and electrionic signature&seal. Baseing on the research of the Public Key Infrastructure theory and application,integrating the interrelated provision of The PRC Electron Signature Law,we analyzed the problems of current electronic signature software,brought forward a electronic signature&seal model basing on PKI and Virtual Printer technology and discussed the function and compose of it.Basing on this modle, we designed and realized a safety authentic electronic signature&seal system.This paper primary finished the following works:1. The paper analyzed the problems of current electronic signature software,discussed the primary technology which solve the problem,brought forward a electronic signature &seal model basing on PKI and Virtual Printer technology ,discussed the function and compose of it.2. Based on the electronic signature&seal model,we designed and realized a safety authentic electronic signature&seal system. The system is composed of several components,the designing process and implementations of components are detailedly described.3. The paper summarized benefits and advantages of applying PKI and Virtual Printer technology on electronic signature&seal. Baseing on our research results,we put forward developing trends and main research directions.
