In the recent years, with the development of the life and the society, people not only pay more attention to their medical treatment and health, the variant medical treatments for them are growing up, but also pay more attention to their habitat, for example, in order to protect the species, especially giant panda, and northeast tiger, and other singular animal,they begin to combine the wildness raise with the manual ward, and in order to enrich their life, they begin to raise the variant pets, such as the dog and the cat. While, all of these not only enhance the people's life and improve their living environment, but also induce the big managing press, for example, we can often hear some news that the patients went astray and the pets injure the people. Therefore, how to effectively supervise all the patients, especially such as the old dementia and inspirit split, and the variant pets and animals, are begin to become a difficult problem in front of every country, and also become a research hot.Aim at the above practical application background and requirements, the laboratory self-support the item"Research on the positioning and supervising system for the moving target based on DSP/GPS/GSM/GIS", so that we can study this kind of system, discuss and settle the problems among it, and finally establish the base for these system in the practical applications.Based on the above laboratory item, this task is presented; its aim is to analyze the particularity of the system based on tracking and study the home and the overseas relative technology, and then to design the whole scheme of the system, and the moving target locating terminal, and the supervising center, and finally, establish the base for the system in the practical application.Therefore, the emphases of this task mainly include three technologies such as the whole scheme, and the moving target locating terminal, and the supervising center, and the main contents of the research are as following:Firstly, based on the analysis of the features of the system's application objects and the designing requirements of the system, the whole scheme of the locating and supervising system is designed, it includes the designing aim, and the designing principle, and its composing structure, and its functions, and its developing platform and tools, and its setting and operation;Then, the moving target locating terminal is designed and implemented by selecting the TMS320 VC33 DSP chip as its core processing unit, and using iTrax02 as GPS receiver, and TC35i as GSM wireless transmission network. The hardware principle chart and PCB chart, and based on it, the DSP programs are written so as to read and resolve the GPS positioning information about the moving target, and to transmit information form the moving terminal to the center via GSM;Finally, such as the part map of North University of China, the vector digital map is designed and manufactured by utilizing the GIS software MapInfo 7.0 and GPS 50 receiver, and based on the above digital map, the methods of integration and managing the digital map such as zoom out, zoom in, auto-exchange the screen, are designed and implemented by using VB6.0 program designing language, meanwhile, the program of receiving GPS locating information and displaying it in the digital map are also realized.
