With all kinds of mobile terminal equipment universal, and unprecedented opportunity for mobile commercial development, the use of Internet from the cable network environment restrictions gradually transfer into a wireless network environment. And the desktop cable network of Internet access began with a wireless network integration occurred. Mobile business makes business realize the dream of "anytime, anywhere". However, while mobile business users enjoy information access facilities, they are also blocked by irrelevant information. First, this paper introduces the hot keys of mobile commerce basic background and information systems research in China. Based on analysis of the 2006 Internet Development Statistics Report of China, it points out that text information filtering processing in mobile business is urgent.This paper absorbs previous theoretical research results and develops with two aspects of mobile text advertising message expression vector and mobile business users interest modeling. On one hand, it puts forwards three basic principles of mobile advertising description, and then introduce vector space model(VSM) framework, using entropy theory for text advertising information transformation. On the other hand, with the introduction of the Field theory and Drive theory in psychology, it sets up an user interest calculation method for users interest modeling and mobile users interest discovering algorithm and at last raises concerns of users interest dynamic changes and the need for users interest updating algorithm.After introducing the vector space model and the user vector model tool, established a mobile text advertising business vector space model and mobile business users interest in vector model, Text on mobile advertising business structure and filtration system launched. For users interest model of mobile advertising business text filtering system and the realization of a presentation. First, it describes the experimental conditions, the usage of the database and the computer hardware and software system in that situation. Second, it introduces the study of mobile business users interested in the calculation of the linear regression model associated with significant experience, which is certified. Then it gives out the source codes of the mobile commerce text advertising information entropy expression vector space realization. Finally, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of this study, putting forward the further work prospects.
