With the rapid development of computer and communication technology, the computer network throughout people whole live, concern government,factory,school,communication,bank,military and the other world, as the people daily life,as big is as slightly stable as the national security. It is a can not be avoid problem how to design a network topology structure of high capacity, low cost, easy expansion to every network managers.The key of computer communication network topology structure is the planning design of back-bone network topology structure, during the back-bone network designing the key guideline is all-terminal network reliable capacity, it is the best technology guideline to embody back-bone network reliable capacity. In this paper, the problem of the network topology structure design of all-terminal reliable of computer communication backbone network is epitomized the problem of all-terminal network reliable optimal design. It is focus to all vast designers and users.The problem of all-terminal network reliable optimal design is a new limb of network reliable optimal problem, it is noticed by civil and foreign scholars. To this question, base on most civil and foreign literature, the study state of all-terminal network reliable optimal problem and connected word are analyzed, and this problem is systemic researched. The problem of all-terminal reliability can be summed: all-terminal network reliability single-objective Optimization problem, all-terminal reliability Multiple-objective Optimization problem, network expansion problem base on all-terminal reliability. For those problems, corresponding optimal models are founded.Intelligent optimization algorithm is available means to solve large scale complex project, its superiority is showed in lots of worlds. This paper separately try to use GA,SA,ACO,PSO and its mixed algorithm to solve founded optimal models, special the solve of all-terminal network reliability single object model is designed and compared. In the simulation process, uses language Visual C++6.0 and Matlab7.1. carries on the programming to solve, and by graph form feed back final simulation result. The simulation result indicated, in the paper established three problems and four models are suitable, model algorithm and programming language selection is effective, the paper proposed the all-terminal computer communication network reliability optimal design concrete plan has the practical application significance.
