Non-minimum Phase System, possessing non-minimum phase parts, is essential, from both perspectives of theory and practical project application, on which therefore experts put much emphasis. In addition, being complex, the dynamic performance of practical project system makes it hard to build the accurate mathematical models for the object, because certain amount of differences exist between the object itself and the approximate mathematical models coming form the simplified methods. The differences, seen as kind of uncertainty, make the control theory and controller based on it unavailable. Therefore, the research into uncertain non-minimum phase system plays an important role in examining the theoretical influence and practical value.In recent two decades, as an effective way to studying the design of uncertain system controller, Robust Control theory is hot topic all along in the control field. At present, the result of Robust Control study mainly focuses on the certain model system with uncertainty. The paper discusses the uncertain system's perturbation, which requires the approximate Robust stability and Robust performance. Only in this way can the system reach the requirement of system design, thus, applying Guaranteed Cost Control to the system control proves an advisable choice. Static Output Feedback can be adopted, compared with dynamic one due to the low cost and high stability.The paper deals with Guaranteed Cost Control in Non-minimum Phase System by employing Lyapunov's second method and Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) along with Matrix analysis, etc.The research designs of the paper are as follows:(1) Analysis and guaranteed cost robust Control design of non-minimum phase system without time-delay. Static Output Feedback can be adopted in the course of researching and designing guaranteed cost robust controller, and presents the existence sufficient condition and design procedure of guaranteed cost robust controller. Upper bound of system least performance index is also presented and availability is certified through example simulation in this paper.(2) Analysis and guaranteed cost robust Control design of non-minimum phase system with time-delay.
