The Design Of System Of The Moving Object Detection And Tracking Based On TMS320DM642

The thesis introduces the developing actuality of the systems of moving object detection and tracking inside and outside the country, then discuss the algorithms of image detection and tracking, and bring forward a whole solution of the systems of moving object detection and tracking after comparing the specialty of all kinds of the algorithms.The thesis design the whole hardware flat with the TMS320DM642 chip of the TI corporation as the core component of video processing module and the TMS320F2812 as the core component of the vidicon controlling module. In the design of the system software, a advanced application design reference frame(RF5) based on DSP/BIOS has been used to collect, process and display the image, and also realize the arithmetic including the median filter, intensity difference between the frame and centroid algorithm.After debugging the hardware and software together of the system and experiment in practice, a conclusion that the moving object can be exactly and timely detected and tracked by the system under the specified case.
