The Milk Purchased Management System Based On USB Host

Social and economic benefit effect brought about by the dairy development is far-reaching. It not only expands dairy consumer market but also spurs the milk source area's economic growth and settled personnel's issue of obtaining employment. All the machining and producing of dairy is come from the basic milk purchase. In LongDan's milk stops mechanical balance is still used, record is made by manual. In order to record and manage data exactly, the milk purchased management system based on USB Host is designed.USB has been extensively adopted as a bus interface technology in PC today, but USB device can't be used without PC. In order to overcome the limitation, the USB host module in microcomputer system is inducted and U disk is used as the system's device in this paper.The management system's function is analyzed, the C8051F series microcomputer is the system's important controlling core, configured with PS/2 keyboard, micro printer and scanner, all of which are convenient for data in and out. The structure and working theory of CYPRESS Company's host controlling chip SL811HS is introduced in This paper and hardware designing of embedded USB Host is completed .Also the abundant function, flexible using, well replanting C language is adopted , the USB agreement, USB mass storage class agreement and FAT file system wide using in PC field is realized.At last, the experiment of the milk purchased management system based on USB Host is completed, which proves that the control system reaches the designing requirement.
