Multi-mode guidance seeker is widely used in modern war because it can take full advantage of every sensor; improve identifying ability on target, attack target precisely. The information fusion of Passive radar and infra-red (IR) is the typical application of fusion technology in multi-guidance exact terminal guided weapons. It is the key technology of the passive radar and IR multi-guidance. In this paper, the information fusion technology is researched based on the multi-guidance missile platform combined with IR guidance system and passive radar guidance system which is composed with phase interferometer and Spatial Spectral Estimation system. The detailed theory of the information fusion's key technology was developed in this dissertation. And the software and hardware's design of information fusion were put forward.Data matching and singular eliminating are the preparative stage of data fusion and the preprocessing of data observed from the trajectory. In this paper, space and time alignments arithmetic were brought forward aiming at three different direction measurement systems. And alignments like Kalman filter was used to eliminate outliers.The nearest neighbor and K-NN algorithms and the weighted Mahalanobis distance checkout algorithm were discussed. Then we researched the probability data association (PDA) algorithm well. To reduce the huge calculation of the association probability, PDA algorithm based on gray association was brought forward for passive radar. It was simulated comparing with the traditional PDA, and proved to be faster and more accurate.In the fusion part, D-S evidential reasoning theory and weighted track fusion algorithm were studied firstly. The Hierarchical fusion algorithm for the passive radar and IR multi-guidance was advanced and simulated. It was proved to be efficacious and already applied in the multi-guidance fusion system. According to system guide line, the hardware design, work process and software flow based on DSP (TMS320C6201) were expound. The communications between fusion and Passive, Radar, IR and computer were performed through HPI and RS-422 interface. The whole design process has been debugged and proved that the information fusion system worked steadily and the identity ability was strong. The tracking precision to target of multi-guidance system was improved.
