The network virtual circuit laboratory is a kind of system which is suitable for long-distance experimental teaching, it may greatly enhance the experimental efficiency, make up the insufficiency of the traditional electric circuit laboratory, achieve better experimental teaching effect. This dissertation mainly did research on the long-distance controllable basic circuit element needs in the design of the network virtual circuit laboratory.This dissertation firstly introduced the basic demand and the specification to the numerical control resistor, the numerical control inductor and the numerical control capacitor of the network virtual circuit laboratory. After that separately carried on the analysis to their realization structure and the principle from the hardware angle, discussed the realization mechanism of high resolution variable resistor with emphasis, proposed the design thought of realized the numerical control variable inductance with the gyrator, produced design of realized the numerical control capacitance based on the numerical control variable inductance, then proposed the hardware realization schemes separately, and carry on the key discussion on the electrical isolation problem that affected these numerical control component operating performances, also produced the concrete solution measure.In the dissertation, it gaves the software programming of numerical control basic circuit element, carried on the hardware debugging result analysis of numerical control basic circuit element. Finally, it realized the communication between the network virtual circuit lab systems.
