Cyanide is a virulent substance, which is widely used in rare mental smelting industrial, chemistry industrial and synthetic fiber industrial, etc. If medium or high concentration cyanide is let to the air directly will cause the serious pollution of the environment, even threaten human beings' life, so the control and the disposal of cyanide is always a problem people concern. The method of Ion-Exchange Resin is a new developing effective technology in recovering cyanide. But to control the high non-linear and time varied of PH value in the neutralization process, which is always a difficult problem in the field. Therefore the research is focused on fuzzy self-tuning control scheme of pH which is an important factor in the process of the ion-exchange resin adsorption.The mathematic model of control object which based on experiment data is identified by using the system identify toolbox of MATLAB, The control rules can be tuned by tuning factor which can be tuned in realtime by fuzzy controller to change the function weight of input variables in different working conditions, so that the output can bitterly follow the set point. The simulation result in the MATLAB simulation experiment is obtained with random disturbance and without random disturbance respectively, compared with the consequence of the fuzzy control algorithm, which proves better anti-jamming, faster response speed and good dynamic performance of fuzzy rules self-tuning control scheme with tuning factor.The system HMI and Manage system are developed by King View.The hardware of the system contains PC and PLC, the functions of PC are data receiving, process monitoring, fault alarming, control algorithm tuning and so on. The functions of PLC are data collecting, valve controlling and so on. What the thesis studies is able to promote the computer control system's development and application in cyanide recovering field.
