Research On Requirement Analysis Method In IRP And Its Application

The achievements of requirement analysis are very important to system modeling and later developing In IRP. Requirement analysis is mainly the process of the research and discussion between business men or between business man and system analyst, but it gets different achievements because of different experiences and professional level. This paper studies and improves the method of requirement analysis so that it can guide and assist business men or system analyst with better theories and methods in IRP. And it can make the achievements of requirement analysis reflect users'requirements more real and more normative.Firstly this paper studies the user views and gives the definition of dependency relation between user views. And according to user view's attributions it subdivides the dependency relation to data dependency and operation dependency. Then this paper puts forward the definitions of depending degree and depended degree that are used to measure the dependency relation between user views and data dependency and operation dependency. It is used in standardizing user view to help planner get a user view that satisfy 1-NF and have right depending degree.Secondly this paper puts forward the formalize definitions of Function Area and Business Process and Business Activity in business requirement analysis. Considering the basis of dividing Function Area it uses fuzzy number to measure the degree of the relation between two departments and builds fuzzy relating matrix. And it uses the maximum tree to divide Function Area and builds business tree by decomposing Function Area's business to identify Business Process and Business Activity. Improved business requirement analysis helps planner change an abstract problem to a mathematic problemand gives a normative method. It can effectively avoid the problems like missing and crossing in the course of the business analysis.Finally this paper gives a new procedure of requirement analysis in IRP synthesizing the above researches. The improved method of requirement analysis is used in an IRP project of a manufacturing enterprise to prove that it is feasibility and practicality. The process of requirement analysis is a gradual and repeat process that needs the common involvement of system analysis men, business men and business principals. At the same time it also needs a normalize course to build an exact business model.
