With the popularity of mobile communications equipment and the rapid growth of the global mobile phone market, expanding functions of cell phones has become a trend. In recent years, with the increasing number of users and the promotion of space information services, intelligent cell phone map navigation system has gradually become a hot research topic which attracts the attention of many developers and consumers.According to the railway traffic information with cell phones and mobile devices, mobile phone navigation system provides shortest path information for mobile users. Both in the fixed place and in the course of the campaign, at any place and at any time people who with mobile phone will get the shortest path information.The authors involved in the whole system requirements analysis, conceptual design, detailed design, system implementation and system testing in the entire process, Algorithm optimization and improving system performance, which is completed independently by the author. The key point in the development of mobile applications on the memory size and response time requirements are relatively hard.
