Monitor And Control System For Small Or Middle Network

As the fast-developing and widespread used of Internet, information can be easily got and made through network. Along with it, more and more problems are coming: First, searching for useful information is more and more difficult. Second, different kinds of security problems are to be solved. Effective network monitor and control is an urging and challenging area for government and companies.Based on a research on the present development and status of Internet utilization, this paper analyzes different ways of network monitor and control. Combined with the advantages of present monitor systems, designed through a tiered and modularized way, a new network monitor and control model is stated.First, aiming at the middle size utilization of network which is mainly used by companies and schools, this paper advances a model that can be used for monitor and control. Designed in a tiered and modularized method, different product for different customers can be easily customized under this model.Second, with different network topology, different kinds of monitor and control methods are stated and experimented in this paper. Especially for TCP kind of network utilization, a control method through breaking "Three-way handshake" is advanced and experimented. It is proved to be an effective and economical way to control TCP kind of communication.Third, this paper takes a study on different string matching algorithms. String matching is a "bottle-neck" for network monitor. And string matching is modularized in the whole monitor and control model.
