Design And Implementation Of Future Teacher Infermatization Training Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS)

With the advancement of education informatization, the issues of Performance technology in Teacher Informatization Training are becoming increasingly prominent. In informational society, it is widely implementation of informational technology that induces the new challenge on opportunities in education.Teachers play an important role in the process of instruction. They are advocators, executives, and at the same time, implementer and application in education. Weather the teacher could keep up with the development of educational technology is the decisive factors in education innovation and education Informatization. Future teachers are facing the challenge of duty and innovation of education. In such a situation, future should be capable of putting theory and technology of education into practice, using modern multimedia and method supporting instruction. Future Teacher Informatization Training is on its way.There are many disadvantages in traditional future Teacher Informatization Training, such as short of resource, ignorance of students' individual, high cost etc. Towards these problems, we introduce the concept of performance Technology, based on Teacher Informatization Training. We develop and design corresponding electronic performance support systems, explain system design, technical design, logical structure and functions of Teacher Informatization Training EPSS in details.
