This paper is aimed to analyze the on-live news reporting with its major characteristics of "meanwhile".On the base of the research of time system from the grammatical view (phase, tense, aspect) and the concerned research of narratology (the relation between story and narating) . with the help of the narratics, we make clear the several terms of our research. Firstly , we divide the reporting into two parts: the narrating and the narrated. Secondly , according to the relation between the narrating and the narrated, the tense of "now" is divided into "past-now", "at-the-moment-now", "in-future-now", which make the "now" tense system more clearly. Then we make sure that the narrated has three kinds of factor-phase which is expressed by verbs: state, activity and achievement. Different "now" tense choose different verbs to show different factor-phase of the narrated. And then, the different stage of the narrated, namely the aspect is named by "not done", "be-doing" and "done". The different "now" tense will choose different aspect to match each other. With the new "now" tense system and the different phase-factor and aspect-factor, we successfully create a time structure of the on-live news reporting paragraph. Finally, after analyzing the linguistic materials, the paragraph marks is to be found to show the change of the narrated and transformation of the narrating. Thus, the structure of the on-live reports is to be established.
