The damage detection and health monitoring of bridge structures are active areas of research in recent years. Because there is various damage for bridge structures, in order to avoid the great loss of economic, it is necessary to assessment the health condition of bridge structures.Bridge health monitoring involves many disciplines, such as structures analysis, signals processing, system of computers acquisition. With the development of various academics technique, in order to carry on monitoring and structural state evaluation for bridge structures. After structures pass by the long-term usage and suffer accidental disaster, decisive function indexes of bridge structures measured by system of data acquisition and processing, obtaining the information of the reflection structure condition, analyzing whether it suffers from harm or not.Comparing with the aerospace engineering and mechanical engineering, civil engineering has the specialities of its own in practice. For example, because bridges, as well as most civil engineering structures, are large in size, and have quite low natural frequencies and vibration levels, at low amplitudes, the dynamic responses of bridge structure are substantially affected by the nonstructural components, unforeseen environmental conditions, and changes in these components can easily to be confused with structural damage. All these give the damage assessment of complex structures such as bridges a still challenging task for bridge engineers.This article analyzed health monitoring system of bridge structures and each sub-system of monitoring system. The point studied data acquisition and traffic sub-system, which was the bridge that connected sensor sub-system with data management sub-system of supervision center. In the paper, made in CAN-bus boards, making use of fusion arithmetic of sensors distributed Kalman filter to design pretreatment module of data acquisition, carried out software integration of data acquisition and traffic system based on Lab VIEW, empoldered a set of data acquisition and traffic system. The simulation result, experiment identify and undee vision shows the validity of this way.
