The concept of uncertainty system is very important in robust control theory. Meantime, time delay conditions are widely occurred in the real control systems, the existence of time delay makes it more complex and difficult to do analysis and synthesis for control systems, therefore, the research for time delay systems is always a hot issue in the field of control engineering. The main study aim of the thesis is to study the dissipation control for uncertain time delay systems with a full supply rate and LMI technique. The main study aim of the thesis is to study the dissipation control for uncertain time delay systems with a full supply rate and LMI technique.The thesis analyses uncertainty time delay system's robust dissipation control of different models. The major contributions of this dissertation are as follows:First, the design problem of robust controller based on observation station is concerned, and the sufficient condition and corresponding robust assuage controller design method was gave out via linear matrix inequation; Then the H∞control problem of neutrality time delay system was studied based on the observation and the corresponding stability rule was gave out; At last by importing observation to be robust controller, the sufficient condition for the existence of solutions to the problem of state feedback controller based on secondary energy function was got by solving algebra matrix equation, the result we got have low conservative property . A numerical example was given to illustrate the design procedure and its effectiveness.Second, the robust dissipation problem of a class of linear neutral uncertainty time delay system was studied based on dissipation theory, and via imports a class of Lyapunov functions and recurs to the LMI theory we got the design method of the dissipation controller. The result is a class of LMIs, and we can solve the gain matrix of the feedback controller via the LMI toolbox in Matlab.Third, based on the research of the linear time-delay systems, the robust dissipation problem of a class of nonlinear uncertainty time delay system was studied and the uncertainty parameter in the system was assumed to be norm bounded. And a sufficient and necessary condition is proposed via Lyapunov function. Then deals with the robust dissipation control problem of nonlinear neutrality time delay systems with norm bounded and also the sufficient and necessary condition was sujested. At last, we testified the fesibility of the theory by the examples.
