Graph and Video Coding field has been greatly affected by rapid development of multimedia technology, and digital multimedia network also has been more and more widespread, which result to more video coding standards for different playback terminals and networks. Those different Video coding prevent further integrate and resource share for different digital media systems.In this way, Multimedia content Transcoding has became a key technology for cross Heterogeneous network communications and a bottleneck for network amalgamation. So, in this paper, we will research and provide a solution for Heterogeneous network video Transcoding. Include Transcoding for down solution and bitrates. We will propose and faster Transcoding algorithm and flexible framework.We descript following jobs we have done in this paper.First, we have designed a video real-time Transcoding system for Heterogeneous network that is real-time, extendable, and have much lower cost.Second, we research on Transcoding technologies in global deeply, find out the root cause of drift in open - loop Transcoding framework, Proposed an error compensation Transcoding framework for down-solution Transcoding which derived from cascade Transcoding framework and can be integrated into XVID in an flexible way.Third, based on the error compensation framework, we propose a batch technical solution of down bitrates and sampling. It includes down bitrates algorithm, pixel domain down sampling algorithm, DCT domain down sampling algorithm, MV compose algorithm.Next, we carried out down-solution kernel module and down-bitrates kernel module, resolved some key issues, to keep real-time while minimize quality lose.Finally, we test above two modules, compare its PSNR and average Transcoding cost. It shows that we have reach our goal by improve Transcoding speed and minimize quality lose.
