This dissertation detailedly introduces the application of DCS and its software system cored programmable controller of SIMENS S7-300 in complex coke-oven production process, by the design example of control system Wan Xin Da coke-oven incorporated company in Shan Xi.The dissertation is composed of five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the developmental condition of coke-oven plant, the common computer control system used in coke-oven plant, the application condition of DCS control system used in coking domain and the background meaning of subject. The second chapter mainly states the integrated planning of DCS control system in Wan Xin Da coke-oven plant. It includes the space layout of control station, the selection of hardware, the selection of network configuration and the implementation of network communication. The third chapter describes the realization of underwear computer in DCS, it includes the switching value supervisory in PLC control procedure (sequential control), analog control and communication of PLC with analogue screen. The fourth chapter mainly states the implementation of epistatic computer. Based on the introduction of WinCC supervisory software, it introduces the design of epistatic supervisory software communication connection, data management and chart design. The fifth chapter discusses decoupling problem existed in control system of coke-oven, then presents control method of fuzzy feedforward to decouple collecting main pressure. It can settle multi-variable decoupling problem involved in control system of coke-oven.The system has been debugged and applied in field engineering triumphantly. it works stably and reliably.
