The fluorescence analysis technology is very important in modern chemical analysis. Especially the proposal of Time-Resolved Fluorolmmun-o-Assay(TRFIA) makes the fluorescence analysis more important in the bio-detection.This thesis is focus on the detection and processing of fluorescence signal based on TRFIA, the signal includes single signal and multidrop signal which is biological chip. Firstly, we analysis the principle of fluorescence emitting. Secondly we design a signal detection system based on digital BOXCAR, considering with the feature of the fluorescence signal and the noise background. The system is composed with hardware circuit and detecting software, and is made of the High-speed A/D, FPGA chip, the USB protocol controller chip. Then we analysis of data collected with the algorithm of spectrum estimation.Furthermore, we extend the single detection to the biologic chip domain, we study mainly the methods of biochip image processing, witch can extract the hybridizing intensity and obtain the useful biological information. Finally we can get the intensity information of the signal point by data normalization which is applicable in the biologic analysis by designed a biochips image detecting-analysis system.
