A Study On Position Information Transmission System Of Field Clear Cars

Global Position System (GPS) has been widely used in both military areas and civil areas due to its good performance of all-weather, all-direction and high precision positioning location. In this thesis, a position system of field clear cars is designed for the request of the army based on global position system.By compare of several transmission schemes based on the technology of GPS, the scheme of transmitter-receiver signal transmitting technology is adopted, according to the present status and requirement. Main works can be summarized as follows: distill position data, do channel coding and modulation. A detailed scheme is put forward according to analysis of the wireless channel characteristics. AT89C51 is used to distill the position data from the GPS receiver which produced by GARMIN company. BCH coding project is adopted to accomplish the channel coding function of the system. BCH arithmetic is given in detail in paper. FSK is utilized due to comparing of modulation methods. Finally, whole design is simulated by MATLAB.The design achive the transimission purpose of GPS positin information. It makes the work of field clear more convenient before the war game because of the manegment of cars in realtime.
