Application Of Image Processing Technology In Purchase Management Information System

Based on deeply research of Image Processing Technology, we designed the Purchase Management Information System (PMIS) which referred to Digital Image Processing, Internet and Artificial Intelligence, etc. In this paper, we emphasized on car pattern recognition which was the key part of the system. By the way, for the main steps such as digital image advance processing, pattern orientation, character partition and character recognition, we made comparison among existing plans and the algorithm was designed. We paid special attention on discussing the method of character recognition and the combination of neural work and rough sets to simplify the complexity of information processing and enhance the accuracy meanwhile.
