Minimal invasive robotic cardiac surgery has many advantages, such as: minimal ports, fast recovery. But inappropriate ports will cause serious problems, for example: view of endoscope can not cover surgical site, instruments can not reach the surgical site, collision between endoscope and instruments, which can influence the surgical effect, even lead failure of whole surgery. So it is extremely important to make a scientific and accurate preoperative ports placement planning for minimal invasive robotic cardiac surgery.Aiming at current method of preoperative port planning which based on reading CT and 3D reconstruction in doctor's mind, we advance an alternating framework for preoperative port placement planning based on CAD quadratic development and CAE kinematic simulation.Firstly, we apply 3D CT-imaging software Mimics 8.1 to reconstruct patient's physical structure according patient's CT data, include rib, heart and relative blood vessel, which realize the visualization of surgical environment.Secondly, we make a quadratic development in UG NX 1.0 with UG/Open API and VC++ to create a visual environment for ports...
