With thoroughly studying the PKI/PMI theory and the design thoughts of OSGI technical standard and design pattern, the author conducts a research on the combination of the PMI and the OSGI technical standard and proposes a privilege management framework based on PMI and OSGI. Furthermore, the author proposes a kind of standardized, perfect privilege operation language named SPOL.The research mainly concentrates on the following key points:Firstly, a deep research has been made on design pattern and OSGI technology standard. The research on bridge pattern in the design of application and the research on the basic theory and application of OSGI technology standard are conducted. Moreover, the author gives the comparisons of OSGI standard with other corresponding technology standard.Secondly, after carefully researching the PMI technology and OSGI technology standard, the author proposes an outline framework with the thought of bridge design pattern. Based on this outline framework, this paper also proposes a detailed privilege management framework which is based on PMI and OSGI technology. After that, the author gives out an implement of this privilege management framework via Java language.Thirdly, this paper synthesizes the research outcomes of privilege management frame based on the PMI technical and the OSGI technical standard and theoretically proposes a kind of structural privilege operation language named SPOL(structural privilege operation language).SPOL is a kind of open perfect standardized privilege operation language. It has learned from the successful application of the SQL language in database. SPOL forms the definition, the authorization, the inquiry and the decision of privilege into a standardized operation language, which provides a good solution to the current problems of the PKI/PMI technology.
