The Research And Implementation Of Social Security Data Conformity And Public Service System

With the rapid development of science and technology, all kinds of modern management have moved from official documents to information system. So is the industry of social security. At the same time, the established market-oriented employment mechanism and the fast flow of workers have made it necessary to construct a nation wide uniform labor and social security information system project.The repetition and difference of information data has become the bottleneck of the development of social security because of the bad partaking of information resources and the disunity of data format. Through data conformity such problems can be solved quite well .Then the social security system can unify the collection of data and provide right information data; also it can provide Internet, WAP, short message and voice services. This is convenience for the user and useful for information share and supervising and decision making.In this article, the main part has focused on the data conformity and public services system of social security information centre in Kaifeng City. We get analysis from the practical requirement and compare multi data conformity algorithms according to the characteristic of the Kaifeng social security system. Finally, we adopt editing distance based matching method, and solved the key technology problem of the repeating records in the data conformity sub system. In order to elevate the quality of the data in the social security database, we design a rule based data check sub system. Using this sub system, we can make sure that only the checked data can be put into the database. Perfect social security system should provide convenient, secure and rapid access to the information data .Invalid user can't access the data in the system. We design a secure and efficient mobile query scheme for the social security system to make sure that system can provide high grade service for valid users.
