Intelligent IC smart card is becoming more and more important in our social life. It plays significant role in financial and economic fields, etc. This article pays main attention to the design method of the system for the intelligent IC smart card. 0.35μm EEPROM technology is introduced in this paper. Serious kinds of function are implemented by the control logic which is designed autonomously. With special data encryption, this smart IC card can be used in parking card, telephone card used in company. Higher secure level and low power consumption are the outstanding virtue. Do research on the hardware and the software for the multi-purpose of single card, which is based on the requirements of customer. Considering the limitation of power, two 128×8bit EEPROM are used which are for extending the function besides fulfilling the project demands. As adopting the full-customer design method, the demands of timing are well matured and complete the need under high-speed. Apply SDES for encrypting which is the simplified version of DES.
