Based on the research of Automatic Vehicle Tracking Device, we analyzed its principal and architectural structure; the strategy of coarse-fine composite control is used. Automatic Vehicle Tracking Device Console is at the core of the whole system, which bears all the data processing and algorithms processing. From the PC, and transfer of A/D circuit, wireless video transmission modules, wireless module, TV tracker, CCD devices, and the stick, etc. console is composed. We designed the console and hypogyny of Automatic Vehicle Tracking Device In order to accomplish path planning on Automatic Vehicle Tracking Device, we analyzed its structure and designed its control system. Used PC as epistasis, and TMS320LF2407A as hypogyny, we controlled the motion of driving motor, we used motors that made in Switzerland and position controller which made by Elmo company accomplished path planning and control stratagem on Automatic Tracking and Aiming Device on Mobile, its feasibility is confirmed and path planning is accomplished.
