Study On Fiber Grating Liquid Depth Sensor

Modern high tech and manufacturing industries request higher and higher for material and structure: on one hand is the request for material strength and its function, on the other is to hope to examine the material, in order to obtain the information of the construction of material and its environment, and know about the operation,reliability and remaining life-span of the system. So me one also put forward a function of "self-control" component, such construction has a certain intelligence, called the intelligence construction.In addition to the normal request for high accuracy , low cost etc, the intelligence construction need a lot of special request to the sensor, such as micromation, high reliability and distributed multipoint measure etc. Fibersensor has the virtue of not only small volume,high Signal-to-Noise and high sensitivity but also antielectromagnetism,better insulation and large bandwidth, being used as sensor and transmitting medium at the same time, it is more easy to realize multipoint or distributed measure, so it is the most hopeful sense technique to be used to intelligence construction. Particularly after the coming of the fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor, the FBG sensor has been used more wildly in intelligence construction compared with other fiber sensor,the FBG sensor has the virtue of linear output, absolute measure, nosensitive to the environment, can being used to make up of sense network,all opticalnetwork and micromation etc. so it has good applying perspective in intelligence constructionIn this paper, we present a comprehensive study on the FBG and FBG senor. Firstly the author introduce all kinds of technique and method of making FBG separately, then analyzes carefully the FBG and its stress and temperature sense theory and then introduce the structure and character of all kinds of FBG sensor ,at last introduce a new FBG.一般为300个左右实词。...
