Now, traffic problem is very serious in big city, high efficiency and high density City Railway Traffic System is needed to solve this problem, maglev operation control system (MOCS) is its "brain and nerve". MOCS plays a very important role in the operation of maglev. But, it is very difficult that we do our research and test in the real and working Railway Transportation System. So we do the same thing by a universal simulation system, it will be significative.In foreign countries, Japan and German are representatives in respect of research on maglev and its operation control system. By importing the technology from Germany, the first commercial line of high-speed Maglev has been in its test operation successfully in Shanghai in China in 2003.The research on maglev were focused on the low-speed and medium-speed maglev, while the research on high-speed maglev including its operation control system is just beginning In China.The paper analyzed the structure, functions and characteristic of the MOCS system based on the research of Shanghai maglev line 1, and expound scheme, method in detail and how to implement in lab.Based on the system analysis, the logistic relation among the systems was designed to function. And real object models, datum text document, database table, data structures, and the arithmetic of train move simulation. On the basis of physical models, the simulation of some parts of MOCS system is provided with using the OOP method, and the give a friendly interface.
