Design And Implementation Of A K-WebService System Based On Mobile Agent

A K-Webservice system is an application system whose client side is a mobile device, such as J2ME, and the server side is a web service.Characteristics and. disadvantages of existing K-Webservice systems are investigated first. And then necessary conditions of a better system model are put forward in which mobile agent (MA) technology is employed.As an AI technology, a mobile agent is flexible, intelligent, adaptive and independent. By analyzing the technology and application circumstance of mobile agent, it is demonstrated that mobile agents are suitable for K-Webservice systems.A suit of system models for K-Webservice systems based on mobile agent is proposed. Detail implementation of the whole system is discussed, including functional modules of the J2ME client side, the mobile agent system, the Web Service provider, and the Web Service UDDI.
