The construction of information has brought China into a period of fast development in the past twenty years. All kinds of decision makers from both government and corporation have a trustful attitude towards increasing efficiency and promoting benefit with the tool of information. They want to carry out transparent integration on the basis of old investment and information system so that personnel can escape from disordered resource process and be easy to handle more resources.How to exert the advantage of old system and gain more return?How to integrate all of the isolated information to achieve sharing? Of course,the approach is integrating and upgrading the existing system effectively without crushing the old one. Utilizing the integrated platform to connect each application function and making the isolated systems of the entire enterprise into a completed collaborative system through a unified portal.
