With the modern battlefield increasingly worsening, the tactics missile needs to have more qualification to the battle sky, high-maneuver and air-powered effect. The Bank-To-Turn missile control technique is designed to fit the request, the air-powered shape and control characteristic of BTT missile decides that it is a controlled device with several couplings. Therefore the research for the BTT missile control system design becomes to be one of the most important problems.A novel autopilot control law based on variable structure adaptive control is adopted in order to solve the uncertainty of BTT missile air-powered parameters. At first, the missile's characteristic and the status of the domestic and international research are presented in the paper. The adaptive control, also be introduced, includes develop survey, existent problem and develop foreground. Then the sliding model variable structure, one of the adaptive control arithmetic, is strongly introduced. The problems should be resolved by variable structure control system, design process and sliding hyperplane design method is covered in this part. At last the performance of the variable structure control system is presented simply.And then, despite of the simplification and assumption, the kinematic and dynamical models of BTT missile are established in this thesis. Considering the structure and flight characteristic of BTT missile, the non-line mathematic model with several couplings and uncertain air-powered parameters is also been established. Take the request of simulation into account, the mathematic model for control system is finished by replacing some parameters. At last, the adaptive control arithmetic with sliding model variable structure, used on BTT missile's rolling, yawing and pitching channel, is been designed.Lastly, the BTT missile's numerical value simulation and necessary improved measure for the problems existed in the control system is given in this thesis. The simulation result shows that the system can track the command signal well but also solves the uncertainty of air-powered parameters and coupling between channels.
