It is a new kind of signal separation algorithm base on the partial time-domain coherent algorithm uses the adaptive filter analysis technology. This article mainly introduced this algorithm.The algorithm is able to separate the single signal in the composite signals and quantitatively analyze signal components in the mixed signal.Moreover, this algorithm is carries on under the closed-loop system, it can examine the component signal deviation that controls the object to reduce or correct output error. The algorithm overcomes many shortcomings belong to the open-loop control the partial time-domain coherent algorithm, like the low precision, the suppression perturbation ability difference and the sensitive to the system parameter change.In the entire research process, we made this new algorithm perfect as far as possible. This algorithm take reference signal as a datum, automatically extracts the optimal parameter, then use the parameter automatic adjust filter coefficient, in order to get the optimal correlation between the separate signal and the composite signal.Finally, in view of this new algorithm, we had compiled the simple and easy operating program that based on the VB, MATLAB and Excel. This algorithm was feasible through debugging the program and laid the foundation for the further study in the future.
