The Application Of Database Synchronization Sharing Clustering In Digital Medical Image System

As required by the global market, the digital medical image system will develop from the single-machine status to multi-machine cluster. Under this circumstances, we develop the CaptureLink which makes the cluster of digital medical image system come into being. CaptureLink manages all the devices in the cluster and monitors their working status. Besides, it realizes the data sharing of patients and exams between CR,DR and ROP. As a result, the CaptureLink gets a higher working efficiency and increases the ease of use. This paper analyzes the main features of COM,ASP and SQL Server 2000, introduces the principles and realization methods of database synchronization,sharing and clustering. At the end, with the comprehensive use of above techniques, we construct several core modules of CaptureLink, and base on which, we search and consider the possible further development in the future.
