With the development oh high-performance CRT display system, large deflection angle and high scanning frequency are required in order to achieve the demand of higher resolution, high luminance, and larger screen size. All these means will cause amperage and voltage raising, need D.Y of higher quality. So, how to improve testing equipment of technology standard and satisfy needs of testing new D.Y has became an important problem. The withstand voltage testing machine is an important testing equipment and ensuring quality for D.Y. At present, it is the essential equipment of D.Y. producers, to satisfy the D.Y producers' needs, The paper describes the research on an automated testing equipment based on series-resonant for withstand voltage testing machine and its realization.Firstly, the paper introduces the using of D.Y, mainly analyses the necessity of withstand voltage on-lining testing and nowadays the exiting problem of the withstand voltage testing machine, then the paper introduces working principle of D.Y, based on the analysis principle of several high voltage modes of producing and corona detection, the paper introduces a technology project of the series-resonant circuit.Based on above theory and analysis, the technology standard and project is brought forward about test and control system based on series-resonant circuit, based on a real target and corresponding calculation, the project which has logical framework is designed with advanced theories, it uses the latest circuit technology and the higher power circuit, and gives attention to practicability and reliability, discusses structure and operation process of system, and deals with the implementation of some important subsystem in detail, including sine wave source, power amplifier, coupled resonant circuit and corona detection, discuss the designing of sine wave source, power amplifier and corona detection, introduce the function of some circuit and the result of test is present.A new designing method about the box and shield means is given. The power amplifier is analyzed about the problem of thermal.After the withstand voltage testing machine is debugged, a serious experiments are performed, Some critical specifications of system are preliminarily verified through analyzing experimental result. By testing, the SVT-10K Withstand Voltage Testing Machines entirely satisfy the requirement about technology standard and solve the problem because of good receiver and high power, it achieve anticipative goal.
