Because of its small size, functionality, low price, Single-Chip Microcomputer has been widely applied. In addition, the single-chip control System is more flexible than analog control; Second, it has high reliability due to fewer components, digital signal processing; Third, it can set the parameter simply, and makes the system testing convenient. Therefore, the single-chip control system is very suitable for control systems of application areas.In recent decades the development of optical communication technology is greatly increasing the speed of information transmission, distance and reliability. With the development of optical fiber communication, optical amplifier plays increasingly an important role. As the kernel part of optical amplifier, semiconductor laser diode (LD, Laser Diode), in addition to small size, light weight, simple structure, long life and other features, can be modulated easily. The output wavelength and light intensity can be modulated by changing the injection current. The output wavelength of semiconductor laser diode increases with the increase of injection current. In the other hand, the output wavelength of semiconductor laser diode has a great relationship with the temperature. When the internal temperature of semiconductor laser diode increases, output wavelength increases. With the widely application of semiconductor laser diode in measure, optical fiber communication, optical fiber transducer, especially the rapid development of WDM and DWDM optical communications, the output wavelength of semiconductor laser diode required to be very stable.
