As the information technique developing gives the convenience to people in life, at same time, also make the safe problem in network suffer the unprecedented challenge. Therefore, accurate and timely verification is very important. With the fast development of modern electronic information technology and network communication technology, personally electronic identify will be the development trend of the future society. Identify verification based biologic character i s the most method because the facility, security and un-imitative. It is hot point of research what kinds of biologic characters used for the identify verification. It is a kind of valid method that on handwritten signature in Biometric authentication technique. Comparing with other biometrics, it has the advantage that not be easy infringed and be easy accepted by the people. Handwritten Signature Verification (HSV) is a discipline which aims to decide the identity of writers according to the handwriting styles. Its applications include banking, law etc. It has became one of the most active but difficult problems in the pattern recognition. So the study of HSV attracts more and more researchers in the recent yearsSignature authenticates has two kings, that is off-line signature authenticates and on-line signature authenticates. The former used the scanner or vidicon as the input device. Put the primitive handwritten signature picture to the computer, then analysis and verification. The latter is through the tablet acquisition the dynamic information of handwritten signature, such as velocity, wield brush pressure and hold. Obviously, compare to the off-line signature authenticates, the on-line signature authenticates has more information can be used in verification, and not easy forge, but the difficulty is larger at the same time too.This paper acquisition the on-line signature authenticates technique; however has the differentiation with the traditional input device. The thesis which is based on the S3C2410A hardware platform set up an embedded system which include on-line handwriting Chinese input, recognition and display system.
