The research has studied the relative problems of chaos control, chaos synchronization and application in secure communication using the methods of theoretical derivation and numerical simulation as follows:(1) The high precision synchronization of hyperchaotic system is studied. Based on state observers, the high precision synchronization method is designed. It is proved that the method was the effectiveness and controllability. The synchronization can be realized with high precision, high effectiveness, simplification, flexibility and controllability. The effectiveness of this method has been verified by computer simulation.(2) The active tracking control problem of the hyperchaotic LC oscillation particle system via nonlinear control is investigated. A nonlinear feedback controller is designed to make the LC oscillation particle system active track an arbitrary smooth reference signal at an exponential rate. Chaos synchronization between two different chaotic systems is presented with R(o|¨)ssler system. Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed method.(3) The problem of adaptive heterogeneous synchronization of uncertain chaotic systems and its application in secure communication was studied. Based on the Lyapunov stability theorem, an adaptive controller and a parameters update law can be designed for the synchronization. Through this process, the global synchronization of uncertain Chen systems and L(u|¨) systems is achieved. Numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed chaos synchronization scheme.
