| Triaxial instrument is a kind of basic scientific research apparatus. It is aims at the research of earth stress-strain relationship. With the development of triaxial instrument experimentation, the request to the triaxial instrument is enhanced. Precision, automation and network become the direction of the triaxial instrument. The rapid development of computer and digital communication technology have brought a profound transform in the control field. Network and opening automatic control system have gradually formed. The field bus is the core technology of the transform. It becomes the new generation of control system after the Distributed Control System(DCS). It will become the mainstream of the development of control field.According to the requirement of the triaxial instrument in the domestic application, the advantages and disadvantage of the control scheme in current triaxial instrument are analyzed in the dissertation. And the direction of the triaxial instrument control system's development is discussed. Combining with the in-depth research and analysis of CAN protocol, primary design of hardware and software for the control system have been finished. The main research are as follows:1. The design of subordinate machine's CAN node for the triaxial instrument control system. The node is based on P89C51 microprocessor.2. The research and develop of the boot-up program for LPC2000. And the development of CAN driver: self-test program and acceptance filter program's development have been finished. After testing it proved that the CAN communication software could run on the hardware platform steadily. So it is well prepared for the improvement on the triaxial instrument's control system.3. Finish the architecture and detail design and develop of the application protocol for slave nodes in accordance with the needs of the communication and network management of control system, combining with thinking of modularization and architecture in the software engineering. It establishes firm foundation for the application development aimed at triaxial instrument. |
