This paper presents a new method of genetic algorithm based on the thought of "Two Dimension Integral Array" to solve the problem of intelligent generating exam-paper by genetic algorithm. The algorithm improves on the operator of crossover and mutation and the efficiency.It has important and far-reaching meaning that the system advances the building of the army information.
