This paper puts forward the solution of Information Gathering and Distribution System for Health Check Center in order to resolve the problem that center can't process the information interaction with cooperators and customers by using the present network management system while the cockamamie manual disposal effectted the efficiency and increase the running cost.Firstly the paper introduces the task background and the home and abroad research actuality. After analysing the information interaction requirement it designs the system's collectivity functions and structure composed of Remote Transmission subsystem and Email Management subsystem. To get over the client over-thin problem under B/S mode, it designs the mixed network structure based on B/S mode, assisted with C/S mode. The paper uses object-oriented design thinking and groupware-based exploitation method, figures out the detailed functions, structures and module division for subsystems, thus shows the subsystems' working flow; by setting different runing rules in different working period for client software, the Web Server load is availably balanced. Finally, to assure the information and usage security, the system supplies the access control and information integrity securiy services. It also gives the realization of information privacy and client SPAM filtration.By comparing real-time and file-based transmission modes and three remote transport protocols, the system selects the SOAP-based Web Service technology to implement the remote information gathering and distribution with cooperators. By changing client Cookie file content, building client monitor program and judging rules, the sytem also implements the real-time gathering. After comparing Email groupwares and Email transport protocols, the system selects the .NET and Jmail groupwares to implement the Email sending and take-over in Website.It even supplies the automatic Email-generation by using Email template. In conclusion, the system satisfies the information interaction requirement for Health Check center by synthetically using Web Service, Email groudware and security technologies.At present, the system has been put to use in Health check center and it runs stably. It greatly simplifies the information interaction operation process and achieves the intention of efficiency enhancement and cost curtailment.
