With the fully implementation of"Jin Dun"Project, the information construction and application of police system have stepped into a new stage, wider, quicker and keeping improving. This improvement ranges from static to mobile, from wireline to wireless, from constrained to complexity and perfect change. Based on this background, the paper is arranged and written for the regulation of wireless cellular network as part of the cooperation between the Police Department and the National Key Laboratory of Southeast University.First, we made a lot of simulation for the channel equalization and estimation of multi-path channel under CCK modulation. For channel equalization, the detect feedback equalization based on match filter and the equalization for multi-path counteraction are examinated; for channel estimation, the multi-level mitigation of multi-path is checked. Based on these research, we demonstrated that the physical layer techniques in 802.11b protocol can be applied for our system, meanwhile provides the theoretical bases for the successive research.Next, we made some fundamental work for the regulation for wireless cellular network. We applied the inherent algorithm in medical application into the problem of automatic distribution of base station, and made some changes for the practical application to realize the coverage of the aimed area. Based on this, we designed the frequency self-adaptation and dynamic selection to solve the problem of frequency distribution of each cell, the former uses base station to exchange information so as to realize the distribution, while the latter chose frequency before connection.
