This paper introduces the absorption and dispersion of aerosol and gas, influence of the refraction, atmospheric turbulence and air boundary layer to laser, and studies on the theory and simulated research which atmosphere environment has an effect on laser during the communication between plane and ground, build the mathematics model and simulation model of atmosphere refraction, atmospheric attenuation, atmospheric turbulence and air boundary layer on atmospheric laser communication; On the basis of these model, observing the change of laser energy goes through transmit aerial, atmospheric, free space loss, and other external environment with all kinds of diagram tools. From that we also can conclude the laser position and energy distribution and put forward a few of methods to reduce influence of air boundary layer. Then we do the laser atmosphere experiment.
