Abstract/Summary:
Fault detection for the non-effective single-phase earth always has been an important topic for relay protection of electrical power system. But the records of function result show that the effects are disappointing. The problem isn't solved satisfactorily. The paper has analyzed the reason that why the fault detection equipment has an unsatisfactory result, and according to the above proposed a soft-hardware scheme which uses TMS320LF2407 DSP as the kernel processor. This article has introduced the realization principle, the composition structure and the function situation. This platform uses the multi- criteria fusion algorithm, and certified by the dynamic mould laboratory emulation. The emulation results show that this soft-hardware platform has a fast calculation speed, disturbances-proof ability and a good running record. This solution proves to be an ideal earth-fault selection platform for its high performance-price ratio.
