Bag overturning machine as a typical mechanical and electrical production that can turn the aerocyst from inside to outside automatically. It is an extremely important working procedure constituent in aerocyst automatic producing line. With the help of this automated turning installment, we can not only guarantee the turning quality, but also greatly reduce the labor intensity, increase the turning efficiency, enhance the enterprise economic efficiency and the market competitive ability, it is the essential equipment of aerocyst producing automatically.The main content of this article is the design of controlling system on bag overturning machine. First we must design fuzzy control system and establish the fuzzy system in Matlab with Fuzzy Toolbox, use the Simulink tool to carry on the simulation about the capability, and then we can make the fuzzy controller and the programmable controller combine to realize the fuzzy control in PLC. SIMATIC S7-200 PLC was selected,and STEP7-Micro/WIN32 software was used to make programmer.It was proved in the practice process that the fuzzy control could be realized in PLC while combine fuzzy control and the programmable controller. Not only the traits of reliably, nimble and adaptive capability could be retained in PLC, but also the intellectualized degree of controlling system could be enhanced greatly.
