The Common Data Security Architecture which was put forward by the Intel Corporation and the open, expandability and interoperability thoughts advocated by it, have had an instructional functioning on the design of the Security Application Platform of the encryption card. In terms of the Security Application Platform designed by the CDSA, it is a multifunctional security service system containing soft hardware equipments, which not only could provide many security services, but also have many administration mechanism concerning with security.This paper has introduced the architecture of the CDSA, analyzed its expandability, interoperability and security in detail, researched its application concepts and techniques systematically and presented one exploitation flow of the Security Application Platform based on the CDSA. Relying on the USB encryption card and instructed by the design concepts, the paper has designed the total scheme of the Security Application Platform, designed and realized its software module, described its working principium process. In addition, it has accomplished the design and exploitation task of the Security Application Platform which has many security service functioning, administration mechanism and accords with the standard of the CDSA.This Platform has nicer capabilities of opening, expandability and interoperability. The architecture, hiberarchy and composing structure of it have some referenced value to the exploitation of the security software Platform in a generic sense.
