To fulfil the development of the future education, more and more attention has been paid to various education softwares and they also have made great progress. PenUI-GES has realized initial industrialization and became one of the main directions of education. During the development of the Pen-based education, Gesture Recognition technology is the most important technology, because it restrict the developing of education softwares. In addition, Constraint Model's active constraint capture and arithmetic are also kernel parts of application technologies of education softwares. Constraint technology is a new technology that developed in recent years. By constraint technology you can get good association of each graphic and promote automation of graphic editing. Considered that Variational model technology has reserved the virtue that parameter technology is based on features, whole data correlation and dimension driver designing and fixing, Pen-based education system uses variational technology to realize gesture recognition and active constraint capture. Based on above technologies a Pen-based User Interface geometry Education System (PenUI-GES) is designed and an Education System Model based on plane geometry is constructed in this paper.Pen-based education system uses Post-WIMP's Pen-Based Interaction Paradigm to replace old WIMP's comparatively unitary Interaction Paradigm using mouse and keyboard. This paper introduces designation and realization of PenUI-GES, specifies structure and model of PenUI-GES, event model of Pen-based interaction, semantic model and rendering mode. It also introduced component relationships and structure relationships in the workspace, analyzes relationships between each model, specifies each model's particular procedure and function. In this paper, the author lays out the technological target that the system need to achieve, thoroughly analyzes the problems in the program, introduce key technologies, analyzes the realization of this system, specifies problems in designation, and outlines the work of the next step.The result of the experiment shows that the recognition ratio of the system completes the designing requirements for geometry objects Chinese and gesture. This system is accessible, convenient to operate, efficient and satisfies the requirements of the task. Future age will be digitized and informationalized, therefore, researching work in this paper is practically useful to future education system's development.
