In this paper, the application, status, development and two-point non-uniformitycorrection algorithm of infrared focal plane array (IRFPA) are discussed, and the IRFPAdrive circuit and automatic temperature control circuit (ATCC) are designed. Amathematic model about ATCC is established, and the PID (Proportion, Integral,Differential) parameters of the circuit are fixed by MATLAB simulation. The long termtemperature stability of the ATCC achieves to 0.01℃. In this paper, a highspeed A/Dconversion circuit is designed, and the relationship between sampling frequency andsignal frequency, A/D converter bitwidth and antiimaging filter is analyzed. A designidea of improving signal noise ratio using oversampling, digital filter and signal rateconversion technique is put forward. Four key function units, finite impulse responsefilter, signal decimation, nonuniformity correction unit and asynchronous clock interfacebased on pingpang operation, are devised and simulated. |
