The Industrial procedure parameters are controlled by actuator and duct pilot in the automatic control system. To be the crucial component in the control system, in great part the actuator performance decides the qualities of control and product in the entire system.Filed bus based on Process Controls, Industrial Instrument and Computer Networks is used in the field of production for the multi-nodes bi-directional serial digital communication among the micro-computer measurement control appliances. It is an open, digital and multi-nodes control network in bottom layer. CANbus is considered one of the best prospect Field bus.Intelligent electric Actuator Based on CANbus with the single chip controller is presented in this dissertation. The digital detection and control of valve location are finished in order to meet the industrial field requirements. Moreover, a distributed actuator node embedded intelligent PID control is designed based on CANbus, which brings the convenient digital control system integration.
